TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Reservations that are paid in full via credit card. A confirmation will be sent automatically. Any other special arangements need to be done via contact with Jay at 949 678 1187

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 30 days prior to fishing date will be refunded, minus 12%, 15 days prior fishing date are charged 1/2 of charter. Cancellations less than 7 days are charged in full. Cancellations are in writing via fax to (815) 572-0511 No shows are charged in full.

COMPLAINTS: Complaints or suits are to be taken directly to the boat owner and client agrees not to charge back credit card services as a means to resolve a complaint. Baja Norte Adventure will provide contact information.

RESPONSIBLE: Baja Norte Adventures is responsible for the completion and transaction of the reservation only. In the event that the charter is unable the depart due to mechanical or other reasons, clients will receive a full refund. If clients requst a charter to return to the dock early for any reason, the charter is then be considered finished for the day and will not depart again.

NOT RESPONSIBLE: Baja Norte Adventures is not responsible for loss of fishing time or lodging due to flight delays, weather conditions or other. Baja Norte Adventures is not responsible for the amount or type of fish to be caught or availability of live bait. Baja Norte Adventures is not responsible for personal items that may be lost during your trip.
